A technical and technological exhibition will be held simultaneously with the Conference. The intention is to gather producers of fish and food from aquatic origin, producers and importers of fish feed and therapeutics, fishery equipment producers and importers, traders, engineers in aquaculture, businessman and professionals in aquaculture and fishery, scientific and professional institutions dealing with fishery, as well as people from fishing and their associations, and all people interested in aquaculture and fishery. This way, we would like to increase communication in aquaculture and fishery sector. All interested companies, organizations or individuals from the aquaculture and fishery or related sectors (equipment, publishing, finances, assurances, constructions, protection, transport, etc. ) are cordially invited to present at the exhibition and conference.

Renting advertising time at the conference

Presentation (oral, power point, slides, film ...) on the Conference:

5 minutes - 80 €

10 minutes - 120 €

15 minutes - 160 €

20 minutes - 220 €

The prices above are inclusive of one person, having the rights equal to these of the Conference participants (materials, advertisings, refreshments, lunch…).

Renting the exhibition area

Renting the exhibition area of 1 sq. m. at the Faculty of Agriculture (three days) - 20 €. Minimal area for rent is 3 sq. m. and maximal is 8 sq. m. The above prices are inclusive for one person for up to 4 sq. m. rented, two persons for 5 to 8 sq. m. rented, having equal rights to those of the Conference participants (materials, advertisings, refreshments, lunch...).

Renting the exhibition area of 1 sq. m. at the Centre for Fishery and Applied Hydrobiology "Little Danube" (one day) - 10 €. Minimal area for rent is 3 sq. m. and maximal is 25 sq. m. The above prices are inclusive for one person for up to 5 m. sq. rented, two persons for 6 to 25 sq. m. rented  having equal rights to those of the Conference participants (materials, advertisings, refreshments, lunch...).

Price list for advertising and presentation

General donatorship (one general donator)

Propositions:
- 20 minutes oral presentation of the Company activities in advertising terms (at the choice of general donator of the Conference)
- Short promoting advertisings during the lecture breaks (throughout the Conference)
- Right to invite up to 20 guests of honor
- Announcements in the Session terms foreseen for accompanied advertising activities and in Conference printings (on the fourth cover page of the Proceedings, on invitations, posters...)
- Utilization of up to 8 sq. m. of exhibition area at the faculty

- Utilization of up to 20 sq. m. of the exhibition area at the Center during the first day of the conference
- Possibility to distribute the Company advertising materials at the Conference

Obligations:
- Payment of 1000 € to the Faculty of Agriculture account
- Providing (food and drinks for) the Conference official dinner

Donator of the day (up to 3 donators)

Propositions:
- 15 minutes of oral presentation of the company activities in terms agreed, on the day foreseen for advertising
- Minipublicity during lecture brakes on the day selected for advertising;
- The rights to invite up to 10 honorary guests
- Announcements in the Session terms forseen for a company advertising activities and in Conference printings (Proceedings, on the cover page No. 2 or 3, or inside the publication, on invitations, posters...)
- Utilization of up to 6 sq. m. of exhibition area at the faculty

- Utilization of up to 15 sq. m. of the exhibition area at the Center during the first day of the conference
- Possibility of distribution of the Company advertising material at the Conference

Obligations:
- Payment of 500 € to the Faculty of Agriculture account
- Providing one fish lunch: food and drinks (self service) on the selected day for donatorship.

Propositions:
- 5 minutes of oral promotion of the Company activities during the terms defined by the host
- The rights to invite up to 2 guests of honor
- Announcements in the Session terms foreseen for accompanied advertising activities and in Conference printings (on 1/2 page of the Proceedings, on invitations, posters...)
- 3 sq m. of exhibition area at the Exhibition
- Possibility to distribute Company’s advertising material

Obligations:
- Payment of 250 € to the Faculty of Agriculture Account
- Providing refreshments (coffee and soft drinks) and snacks during Session breaks
